Welcome to the SC EdTech conference site. SC EdTech offers content and activities that span all areas of educational technology with diverse workshops, presentations, speakers, exhibitors, and recognition events. Until 2002, S.C. EdTech was hosted and managed by the South Carolina Department of Education in partnership with business and industry. Today, the conference is managed by the South Carolina Association for Educational Technology (SCAET), a 501c3 non-profit organization.
The 2009 conference theme took participants to different heights in educational technology professional development. With over 100 concurrent workshops and presentations and over 150 exhibit booths, there was a lot to take in and do.
